Blog day # 21 in a day of my life. So, if you eat something that is deemed healthy-what exactly does it do for you?

     How many times growing up , did you hear, "Eat your carrots, they are good for your eyes!". Or an "Apple a day keeps the doctor away!". Did you ever say to yourself, IS THAT TRUE?
     Well, here is a chart on what these great foods do !



     Now, it would be so great to eat each and everyone of these foods, but to be honest, and really look yourself in the mirror, BEETS? And the kicker here is "THEY HAVE TO BE RAW!"
     Cabbage anyone? I love raw cabbage, but a lot of people do not!  All of these foods have to be eaten raw to get the full nutrients out of they-if not, when cooked, they lose the nutritional values and thus do not act towards strengthening the area of the body shown on the chart!
