We bought a tower garden last spring. The first vegetable we ate was mustard and then lettuce. The rest have certainly taken there time. Our cucumbers get shrivelly and hard and not edible for the most part. Now our tomatos have over taken the tower to the point that the stakes are broken on the bottom and the tower has become the leaning tower of Pisa. When the pump turns on the water comes out of the tower onto the ground. We now have it leaned against the house for support. Unfortunately the plants in the back won't get any more sun this year. We will definitely need suggestions on how to prevent the plastic stakes from breaking next year. I'm glad we only half filled it with plants or we would have lost more.
