The little tray is what you start your seedlings in. just sprinkle seeds into each little hole, put in vermiculite, it comes with the kit. Mix up water and organic nutrients(also comes with kit)
sit in sunlight, and watch it grow. Keep moist everyday. When seedlings are 3 to 4 inches in length, transplant to Tower Garden. That is it. Timer will water the seeds every 15 mins. In 3 to 4 weeks you can,t see the Tower Garden. It will continue to grow, you just snip the ends off for salads or harvest your veggies whenever you want. Yes, you can grow cukes, squash, and even watermellons!
You want to keep the heavy veggies on the bottom. Let the vines spread out. You check the system once a week for water level, and for the PH in the water the same as you test hot tub or pool water. Test kit included!
