We began last Wed. with going to Dulles airport. Tammy was taking us and the twins were all excited thinking they were going either with us or just on a trip in the car. You say, want to go, and they run to the closet to get their sweaters!
But, this time would be a disappointment! One, it was hard saying goodbye to them, and them wanting to get out of their seats and going with us-not understanding they were staying and we were leaving.
HATED LEAVING THEM BEHIND-DISAPPOINTMENT NOT COUNTED ON!

Walking into the main hall-there were three halls-all with different activities going on.

At breaks every so often-a fitness instructor-comes on stage and leads everyone in a 5 min high exercise - of course- I took pictures! There is a method to my madness! LOL
The Tower Gardens were on display on a terrace outside-10 to 12, all brought by people who lived in AZ. They were lush and all types of different veggies!
Squash-lettuce-rhubarb- all kinds of good things-all grown in 4 to 5 weeks!

Sherry has changed hundreds of lives-helped hundreds of children and families. Because of her-we as a family-are where we are-eating healthy-slowly getting healthier-slowly learning and educating others. Is it worth it? YOU BET! Without her foresight and leadership-a lot of people would be losing in their struggle to maintain HEALTH!
This is my tribute to her-the one in my life that I can count on-the one I owe everything to.
