BLOG DAY # 58 in a day of my life. When friends visit-be it Loudoun or Facquier counties-wine tasting-histric battlefield or a little resturant once owned bt Robert Duvall-THE FUN BEGINS & THE MEMORIES KEEP ON GOING!

     As we journey throughout our lives-you have memories you keep and share thru your get together. You laugh-you cry- and sometimes you even "SWEAR!" , well, at least you look it up in the dictionary to see if it is swearing!




Jim & Dorothy, Sherry & Tom , Cindy & Buck: Lifelong friends-lifelong memories!

     Our little get together, occur every 3 to 4 months and are switched up each time by visiting each others homes. Locations as per the above. Va. Beach-Washington DC. & Wilmington NC.
The next visit will be Wilmington NC. - OAK ISLAND NC. As that is where we will vacation with our family in June and we will all meet at the beach with all our families for a beach day!

    As usual- there is singing-laughter at MY SINGING-and a lot of great fun!



As we progress through our lives-we tend to cherish our short times together as we get older-and these times seem to, at least from my point of view, keep us young at heart!



  We always have fun- this time we split up on Friday- the Ladies went into DC to pick up Sherry's 10 mile Race Packet and the Men ventured to the Battle of Bull Run on the Manassas Battlefield.
We spent about 2 1/2 hours there and came back to meet them at a new restaurant that we found.

   We found the bar and preceded to SIP a few BLUE MOON 20 oz drafts and Miller lite.
Needless to say- we SIPPED for 60 minutes before they showed up. But it was a good time- so good at the end of the night-our waiter came rushing to our car and presented the three of us each with a Beer Mug to take home!

Although this was not this time- it is Buck & Jim stopping by Jim's house to get a "DRINK" on their way to the next hole! I SERVED THEM!


    I THINK THEY ARE LAUGHING AT US! BUT YOU NEVER KNOW-IT COULD BE A SLIP OF THE TONGUE BY CINDY!



                        IT IS NOT ALWAYS THE GUYS WHO SIP!




       THEY LOOK SO DIGNAFIED!         BUT---------!!!!!!!!!!!!!




                 THEY CAN PARTY!   THEY CAN DANCE!     THEY CAN SING!


OUR THREE LOVELY LADIES WITH ERIC IN NEW YORK CITY!


WHY WE LOVE THEM-ONE OF A KIND & THEY PUT UP WITH US!



YES-WE HAVE MEMORIES-WE HAVE LAUGHS- WE HAVE FUN-
    BUT WE HAVE EACH OTHER-THRIUGH THICK & THIN

Another get together has passed- a new adventure awaits us in June- and then another in September and the chain continues unbroken. For we are friends-who cherish life and cherish what our friendship means.


You only go around in life once-make the best of it-laugh and hug a friend!
